Neighbourhood is a Choices for Youth Social Enterprise that offer at-risk youth the opportunity to gain meaningful employment experiences in a supportive space.

With training in all aspects of operating Neighbourhood, youth are trained in a wide range of retail skills while also receiving direct support from our CFY staff. The skills and confidence gained is a critical part of their journey towards stability and independence in their lives.

Every purchase you make directly supports the at-risk and homeless youth. In addition to supporting youth working at Neighbourhood, you are supporting the range of services and programs offered by Choices for Youth.

You can drop off your donations 7 days a week at Neighbourhood, located at 38 Pearson Street. Please check our hours of operation before visiting us.

Acceptable items for donation are: Clothing, shoes, handbags/purses, jewelry, sun glasses, leather gloves, scarves, mitts, hats, and children’s clothing.

CFY

For Over 25 Years, Choices for Youth (CFY) has been actively supporting at-risk and homeless youth secure stable housing, education and employment.

We believe that every young person can achieve their goals, but to tap into their potential a young person must first be in a safe environment and have a roof over their head. With the support of CFY youth can find stable housing, learn to maintain a healthier lifestyle, and become the young adults that they want to be.
